Team Raffle Information
Due to huge success in teams raising $ over the last 3 seasons, we are pleased to announce the 2021 Raffle Program. More information about the program, sign up to join your team up for the raffle program, and to order tickets, please click here
JV2 is the default category for all Juniors and Seniors that have not been automatically upgraded to JV3 or Varsity. What this means is that the pitzone will automatically put all Juniors and Seniors into the JV2 Category. All Juniors and Seniors that have not been automatically upgraded to JV3 or Varsity will be able to let their Team Director know if they’d like to race in the JV3 category instead of JV2. We will be reaching out to all Team Directors to make sure all of their athletes are in the correct category no later than the last week of July. We will NOT need a petition form filled out for this. For those Juniors and Seniors that raced JV3 last year due to it being last year’s default category, please feel free to choose whichever category makes the most sense for you.
Names on raceplates – must be registered by August 1
Please understand that this will only be available for student-athletes that are registered and in the correct category by August 1. Student/athletes will be able to choose which name they’d like on their raceplate.
Choices will be as follows: * first name * last name * first name initial, last name * nickname (You get the idea here, nothing derogatory, limit being 20 characters. We will be sending out a shared file for you to fill out. More to come on this.)
This year we will be offering a season race pass. If you plan on doing all 5 races, instead of paying $40/race at 5 races ($200) you will be able to purchase all 5 races for ($180). To take advantage, please put all 5 races into your shopping cart in the pitzone at the same time and the system will automatically assign the discount. Please understand that if you order the races 1 at a time and do all 5, the discount will NOT be applied. No refunds allowed on this “season pass”.
